Tahir Sugur

Tahir Sugur was born in Izmir. The 36-year-old artist, after completing his academic education at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Fine Arts, worked as an art director in the advertising industry between 2011 and 2015.
Afterwards, Tahir, who could not ignore his passion for tattoo art, which he practiced as a hobby during his university years, left the advertising industry at the end of 2014 and started to practice his passion, tattoo art professionally.
The artist, who has been working on tattoo art for 7 years in Izmir and Istanbul, decided to move his adventure and works outside the borders of Turkey and settled in Montenegro/Budva in 2022. Black Ink Tattoo Budva, which he founded here, became the new address of the artist.
Afterwards, the artist, who turned his route to Belgrade in 2023, started to work here as Black Ink Tattoo Belgrade with the same name. The artist will continue his work in Budva periodically.

Ecem Sugur was born in Izmir. The 27-year-old artist completed her academic education in Izmir University of Economics, cinema and digital media department in 2019. She completed permanent make-up training in 2020 and started to serve in this field. Later, due to her interest in tattoo art, she evolved her career plan in this direction and started tattooing with the handpoke technique in 2022.
She continued her tattoo career in Izmir and Budva. She is currently continuing her career as a resident artist at Black Ink Tattoo Belgrade.
